Set small goals which you can achieve in a shorter time frame and collection of these small goals will lead you to the larger goal. Recently scientist conducted experiment on seven men between 20-30 years of age. They did exercise on a stationary cycle.

The result showed that the fat breakdown was more intense in the group which broken down the exercise into two halves.

To be able to lose weight you have to follow a strict routine and not go astray from it. There are many ways of doing this. Whenever you make an excuse which hinder your weight losing process you can write it down on a piece of paper this way by reading it again and again you will know what are the hurdles and you will be able to devise a way to overcome it.

To solve any problem we have to go towards its roots, the same is the case in weight loss plans, you have to find out why you are making excuses and the main reason in most people is the lack of dedication and motivation. Motivation is the path to success in this goal. This can be the single reason between your success and failure. For many things in life there are two way to attain, but for weight loss there are no two ways. You need motivation to do that and you cant find any other way.
